Savie ("Savie", "we", "our", or "us") and govern your access to and use of the Savie bot, website, and any related services we provide (collectively, the "Services").
Savie is currently operated by
Aleksandr Gavriushkin , an individual based in Croatia, with contact details set out at the end of these Terms.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.
1. EligibilityBy using the Services, you confirm that:
- you are at least 18 years old, or you have permission from a parent or legal guardian where permitted by applicable law;
- you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
- you will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. About SavieSavie is a digital service that helps users save, organize, and access recipes sourced from social media links and other supported online sources.
The Services may include, without limitation:
- submitting recipe links through a bot or other interface;
- extracting recipe-related information such as ingredients, quantities, and preparation steps;
- saving recipes in a personal collection;
- providing access to saved recipes through the Services.
We may update, change, improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
3. AccountsTo use certain features of the Services, you may need to create an account or authenticate through a supported third-party platform.
You agree that:
- all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date;
- you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
- you are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account;
- you will promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any other security issue.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your account is being used unlawfully, fraudulently, or abusively.
4. Subscription Plans, Billing, and Auto-RenewalCertain features of the Services are available only through a paid subscription.Savie currently offers the following subscription plans:
- 1 Month Unlimited Parsing
- 1 Year Unlimited Parsing
A subscription gives you access to paid features for the selected subscription period, subject to these Terms.
4.1 Billing
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay all fees displayed to you at the time of purchase.
Prices, currencies, payment methods, billing intervals, and any applicable taxes will be shown at checkout.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details unless explicitly stated, and we are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or failures of third-party payment providers.
4.2 Auto-Renewal
Unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period, your subscription will automatically renew for the same subscription period and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee using your selected payment method.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges in accordance with the plan you selected until you cancel.
4.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the relevant account, platform settings, or payment provider process, where available.
If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period, after which it will not renew.
4.4 Refunds
Except where required by applicable law, all subscription fees are non-refundable once the subscription period has started.
If you are entitled to a refund under mandatory consumer protection law, nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
If we issue a refund, we may revoke access to the corresponding paid features.
5. Acceptable UseYou agree not to:
- use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or misleading purpose;
- interfere with, disrupt, damage, or impair the Services or related systems;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, accounts, servers, or networks;
- copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit any part of the Services except as permitted by applicable law;
- use automated tools, scripts, or bots to access the Services in a way that overloads, harms, or circumvents intended limitations;
- resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or commercially exploit the Services without our prior written consent;
- submit or use content in a way that infringes intellectual property rights, privacy rights, contractual rights, or other rights of third parties;
- use the Services in violation of the rules, terms, or restrictions of any third-party platform.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services if we believe your use violates these Terms or creates legal, technical, or security risk.
6. User Content and Submitted LinksThe Services may allow you to submit links, text, messages, metadata, and other materials, including links to recipes or recipe-related content on third-party platforms ("User Content").
You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting User Content through the Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, adapt, format, and display that User Content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, improving, and providing the Services.
You represent and warrant that:
- you have the right to submit the relevant User Content;
- your User Content and your use of the Services do not violate any law or third-party rights;
- your use of the Services in relation to such content complies with any applicable third-party platform rules and contractual restrictions.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and for the consequences of submitting or using it through the Services.
7. Third-Party Content and Recipe SourcesSavie may process or display information derived from links submitted by users to third-party platforms, including social media platforms and other online sources.
Savie does not claim ownership of third-party recipes, videos, captions, images, or other content made available through those sources. All rights in third-party content remain with their respective owners.
Savie acts only as a tool that helps users save, organize, and access recipe-related information based on links and content submitted by users.
We are not responsible for:
- the availability of third-party content;
- whether a third-party link remains accessible;
- whether a third-party platform permits access, display, extraction, or continued availability of content;
- the legality, accuracy, completeness, or quality of third-party content.
8. Platform DependencyThe functionality of the Services may depend in part on third-party websites, social media platforms, APIs, technical formats, and access conditions that are outside our control.
If a third-party platform changes its content structure, access rules, technical settings, terms of use, API availability, or other conditions, some features of the Services may become limited, unavailable, or non-functional.
We are not liable for any such interruption, limitation, or loss of functionality caused by third-party platforms or services.
9. Parsing Accuracy and Service LimitationsSavie uses automated methods to extract and organize recipe-related information from submitted links and sources.
You acknowledge and agree that extracted information, including ingredients, quantities, measurements, cooking steps, titles, images, or other recipe details, may sometimes be incomplete, inaccurate, improperly formatted, duplicated, or unavailable.
We do not guarantee that:
- recipe parsing will always be accurate or complete;
- every submitted link will be supported or processed successfully;
- saved content will remain permanently available;
- the Services will function without errors, delays, or interruptions.
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any recipe or extracted information before relying on it.
10. Intellectual PropertyThe Services, including the Savie name, branding, design, software, databases, interfaces, and all related intellectual property rights, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not use our name, branding, logos, or other proprietary materials without our prior written consent.
11. FeedbackIf you provide us with suggestions, ideas, feedback, feature requests, or recommendations regarding the Services ("Feedback"), you agree that we may use such Feedback without restriction and without any obligation to compensate you.
12. PrivacyWe may collect and process personal data as necessary to provide the Services, process subscriptions, communicate with you, maintain security, and improve functionality.
Our handling of personal data will be described in our Privacy Policy.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that your personal data may be processed for the purposes described above and in the Privacy Policy.
13. DisclaimerTo the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an
"as is" and
"as available" basis.
We make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, or reliability.
Without limiting the above, we do not warrant that:
- the Services will always be available, secure, uninterrupted, or error-free;
- recipe extraction or storage will always function correctly;
- any data, links, or saved materials will always remain accessible;
- the Services will meet your expectations or particular requirements.
14. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Savie and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Services shall not exceed:
- the total amount paid by you to us for the Services during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or
- EUR 50, if you have not made any payment,
whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
15. IndemnificationTo the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Savie and its operator from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:
- your use or misuse of the Services;
- your violation of these Terms;
- your User Content;
- your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
16. Suspension and TerminationWe may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Services, with or without notice, if:
- you breach these Terms;
- we reasonably suspect unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity;
- suspension or termination is necessary to protect the Services, users, or third parties;
- we are required to do so by law;
- we discontinue the Services.
You may stop using the Services at any time.
Upon termination:
- your right to use the Services will immediately cease;
- your account may be deleted or disabled;
- your access to paid features may end immediately or at the end of the current billing period, depending on the reason for termination;
- we may delete or anonymize associated data, subject to legal obligations and legitimate retention needs.
17. Changes to the Services and These TermsWe may modify the Services and update these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the Services or by other reasonable means. The updated Terms will become effective from the date stated at the top of the document.
By continuing to use the Services after the updated Terms become effective, you agree to the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.
18. Governing LawThese Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may also benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you reside.
19. Dispute ResolutionIf you have any complaint or dispute regarding the Services, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the matter informally.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of Croatia, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
